just got this emailed to me and thought i'd post it...It just goes to show that there are dumbasses everywhere lol ONLY AUSSIES Being Australian is about driving in a German car to an Irish pub forA Belgian beer, then on the way home, grabbing an Indian curry or A Turkish kebab, to sit on Swedish furniture and watch American shows on a Japanese TV. Oh and..... Only in Australia ... can a pizza get to your house faster than an ambulance. Only in Australia ... do supermarkets make sick people walk all the way to the back of the shop to get their prescriptions while healthy people can buy cigarettes at the front. Only in Australia ... do people order double cheeseburgers, large fries and a DIET coke. Only in Australia ... do banks leave both doors open and chain the pens to the counters. Only in Australia ... do we leave cars worth thousands of dollars in the driveway and lock our junk and cheap lawn mower in the garage. NOT TO MENTION.... 3 Aussies die each year testing if a 9v battery works on their tongue. 58 Aussies are injured each year by using sharp knives instead of screwdrivers. 31 Aussies have died since 1996 by watering their Christmas tree while the fairy lights were plugged in. 8 Aussies had serious burns in 2000 trying on a new jumper with a lit cigarette in their mouth. A massive 543 Aussies were admitted to Emergency in the last two years after opening bottles of beer with their teeth. and finally.......... In 2000 eight Aussies cracked their skull whilst throwing up into the toilet.

now for those of you that have had computers for yrs it might come as a suprise but there are ppl out there that dont have them, and i didn't until 9 mths ago also i only got connected to the net 8 mths ago, and due to work i realy have only been using the net fully for the last 3 mths.

my first account was utube from which i have found 2 awesome friends with S my first and who is now my bff, and J who has put up the true story of his 'first love' and what came after. It is the most inspirational story i have ever heard. i love them both and have the utmost respect for them, which is something i didnt think was possible (How can you love someone who you have never met)

More to the point '40,000 trees' we have had the last of our tees delivered today ready for planting. thats one month of hard work to look forward to. Ah well at least i have Pink and 5 days in melb to look forward to (14 more days to go :p) I should feel guilty about going away in the middle of all that hard work, but somehow i just cant seem to stop gloating about it lol.

I have one question guys, my ie7 browser keeps crashing on me. can anyone tell me of a gd browser to use?

looking back at my earlier posts i realised how dark they seem so i thout i'd do a lighter one

so something about me i'm a 30 something gay guy who feels young (even if the younger bloggers might disagree) i love riding motorbikes (i'v ridden my bike pretty much all around australia...just have to do WA) reading books (i'v been known to read a book a day...thats 8-900 pg books) and just being lazy i'v found that when i'm feeling down reading helps me forget my problems for a while and now that i'v found bloggin it seems to have supplanted books
I did journalism politics and history (not to mention dozens of other courses for fun) at uni and have now ended up working on an orchard...if you want to know anything else then you'l just have to ask...oh i forgot the most important thing about me i love the bombers (aussie rules footy team) and my fav colour is...? u'l just have to guess that one :P

I'd like to say a big thankyou to those of you who have commented on my blog. I didnt begin this blog for the comments but have found that i really love getting them. it makes me want to continue with it, tho it is a work in progress and i cant say were it will lead

so thx to smitty, micky, slave simon, torchy, kelisseou, and andrew my first commenter and follower if it wasnt for you guys i think i would have stopped blogging by now

not to mention louie, y78ilm, put the lotion in the basket, and a poor student. I'v read all your blogs, not to mention quite a few others and i'm finding that i dont feel so alone anymore, not to mention that you are all awesome guys in your own way

on a more serious note i'v been reading mirrorboys blog and came across a post were he dissed dogs so i felt i should put in a pic of my most loyal family member...Gus aint he a cute dog (n no he doesnt smell :P)

i'v read lots of blogs lately bout ppl who have come out or who r still in the closet...I'm happy for those who have managed to come out as it really does make life easier n at the same time i do understand those who havnt been able to come out too
my own story is one of half out n half in the closet which sorta puts me in the twilight zone lol...i have a few ppl who know n some who know but have threatened to bash me if i come out, n then theres the ones who i'm too scared to tell.

I'v lost friends, I'v found some new friends, n then theres the ones who 'say there straight' but then turn into bottoms for me after bein with there gf's which has come around since they found out about me

as i said in earlier posts i dont have any real friends at the mo which is partly due to the fact that i have travelled a lot around Australia n i have either been out or been closeted depending on were i was at the time...at the moment i only have a few who know n lots who i cant come out to its pretty hard bein in a small country town, i only know 2 gay guys n there a couple so sex for me is down to my 'straight' friends (if u coud call ppl who only see me when there horny friends)

what makes a perfect friend...i havnt had much luck in friends...not from lack of tryin just more things keep gettin in the way

i lost my best friend a yr ago because his family found out i was gay n didnt want him to have anything to do with me...hes 19 ffs he can make up his own mind about who he wants to be friends with. its not like i was gonna have sex with him or anything since he is straight (or so he says) just got a phone call from him the other day n he wants to stay friend swith me i just haveta wait till he moves out of home...that just made me so happy n i can wait cause real friends are hard to come by for me

man i planned on writin bout my bff S from utube but just got stuck...hes boo 2 me n i love him cant go 2 days without hearin from him without worryin n hes thesame about me...got so much i could write about him thats its hard knowin what to write

man i'm feeling down at the mo my family doesnt want to know me and the only friends i have outside of work just want to have sex with me n while thats nice i really need a friend who just wants to watch tv with me hug me or go out n have some fun

the only real friends i have r on the net n they dont even know who i really am n they cant be with me in person tho they r my best friends n I LOVE THEM ALL (all 3 of them anyway)

i shoud say tho that since i find it hard to trust ppl so i dont tell them about my sexuality till later then its prob my fault that i cant keep friends but damm its hard
